1. Initial Subscription Payment

initial payment made for the first month of the selected home care
warranty plan (Silver – $99.99, Diamond – $249.99, or Bronze – $199.99)
is non-refundable.
- This
payment is required to initiate your subscription and complete the
handover process to our partner, Select Home Warranty, Inc (selecthomewarranty.com).
2. Service Handover
Once the initial payment is processed, Argyle Services LLC
will transfer your information and subscription details to Select Home
Warranty, Inc.
- Argyle
Services LLC is not responsible for refunds related to ongoing services
provided by Select Home Warranty, Inc.
- For
any refund requests after the handover, please contact Select Home
Warranty, Inc directly.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds from Argyle Services LLC are only considered under
the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate
payments made due to a technical error.
- Errors
in billing caused by Argyle Services LLC.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund from Argyle
Services LLC, please follow these steps:

- Any
charges resulting from third-party services.

of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
